Afiq Zudin Hadi

Software Developer at Datastream Digital (DST)

I am a Software Engineer at Datastream Digital Sdn. Bhd., one of Brunei's largest telecom companies, where I design and implement CRM systems, improving efficiency and reducing costs. I helped launch the in-house CRM Prepaid system in January 2024; scaled the platform to a second product line, Infinity broadband postpaid, in December 2025; and I'm now extending it for Mobi mobile postpaid.

Outside work I'm building Easly, a creator platform I designed, built, and deployed solo. My freelance work for US and Indonesian clients spans an event ticketing platform, crypto checkout, and Web3 backends with Solana wallet authentication.

My technical toolkit includes Next.js, Laravel, Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, Redis, and more, reflecting broad expertise across frontend and backend.

Event ticketing, zero to production in about a month, solo

case study

Event-ticketing platform built solo in about a month: checkout, RSVP, and giveaway-draw flows. Used at Baltimore YO Fest 2025, where 137 attendees ran through the system.

Next.js App Router monorepo (Turborepo) with Drizzle and Postgres, shadcn/ui components, unit and E2E suites in CI. Currently offline while the client plans the next event.

Web3 raffles: Solana wallet auth, NFT watcher, 18 APIs

case study

Web3 raffle platform: giveaways run on Twitter, prizes paid in crypto and NFT whitelists.

I built the backend: 18 REST APIs (Node.js, Express, TypeScript, MongoDB), Solana wallet authentication with nonce and signature verification, a Metaplex NFT watcher reading holdings on-chain, and real-time raffle tracking via the Twitter API with cron ingestion. A leaderboard with spam prevention lifted user adoption 12%.

The main raffle feature never launched properly; the engineering was real, the go-to-market wasn't.

3,200 prepaid cases a day through UIs I built, 740 Cypress tests, ~$80k/mo vendor cost cut1

1 measured 21 Jul 2026, prepaid only. One real day, not an average.

case study

The in-house CRM at Datastream Digital, Brunei's telco, replacing vendor software for 300,000+ customers: Prepaid launched January 2024 (9 months from project start), Infinity broadband postpaid December 2025, cutting vendor costs by roughly $80k a month.

My slice: the catalog and account UIs that 150 staff use to process 3,200+ prepaid cases a day, a schema-driven form renderer so new product variants ship as data with zero frontend deploys, the frontend test infrastructure (740 Cypress component tests plus Laravel Dusk E2E in Jenkins CI), and the Laravel APIs behind my UIs. Proprietary system, so numbers instead of screenshots.
